Director's Commentary Today I found the DBC office under a pile of dirty laundry and decided to finish the strip that has once again been half finished for more months than I care to admit. Last time I jokingly said that it wouldn't be months until the next strip. Sadly it was. I shall no longer be making this promise. Todays strip sees the beginnings of an actual plot as opposed to just setting the scene. (Essentially, if this were a TV show, this would be the first scene after the opening credits that followed the dramatic "Prologue" bit) Could Demon Eye be right that the fact that they're feeling a bit more powerful might have something to do with the skeletons and the freezer girl? Could it be Dr. Doomday behind it all? Will the Student Squad ever change the god-awful colour of their walls? Since when did the kitchen get tiles? (the answer to that is actually strip 97...)
